Nick Barre, Managing Partner. 

Nick is our lead coach, writer and runs our IVR production team – of writers, studio engineers, and project managers. He also manages our voice talent, and our network of translators.

Nick trained as an architect, and spent the early part of his career working in strategic planning and as an investment analyst. For the past two decades he has worked as an IVR consultant.  He also works as speechwriter, business writer and editor. He advises senior leaders on communications and IVR.

Rob Pike, Consultant.

Rob joined us in 2015 to strengthen our links in the contact centre industry. He also brings expertise in customer experience.

Rob built a distinguished career in NatWest and the RBS Group. He retired as Director of Operations, Europe and Middle East, and sat on the Management Boards of Group Business Services, and the Retail Banking division. He previously worked in Group Strategic Planning.
